Summary
Support the Store Manager to drive brand loyalty and achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives while representing the company and ensuring implementation of Retail Department directives. Promote excellent customer service and maintain the store image and standards of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and monitor competitors, sharing insights with sales staff
- Reflect corporate image and ensure staff alignment with brand standards
- Support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer welcome and service
- Promote customer loyalty and foster strong client relationships
- Encourage an entrepreneurial team spirit and ensure efficient organization
- Support staff professional growth and training, sharing development plans
- Develop sales strategies with merchandising and operations teams
- Ensure cooperation between front and back office
- Maintain store image and product care in line with corporate standards
Requirements
- Business driven with leadership and team management skills
- Ability to motivate and persuade and a strong customer service mindset
- Natural ability to welcome clients; confident, enthusiastic and positive
- Mature, assertive, organized and detail oriented
- Market and product knowledge and passion for luxury fashion
- Business or retail management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Interest in luxury fashion, art and design
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus
