Summary

Responsibilities

• Coach, manage, and develop sales associates through on-floor leadership and ongoing training
• Ensure boutique image, operational standards, and service excellence are upheld
• Analyze boutique and team KPIs and implement action plans to drive results
• Collaborate with Training and Learning Manager to build customized learning support
• Develop client relationships and represent the brand in local market events and partnerships

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• In-store presence required to lead boutique teams and operations
