Responsibilities- Coordinate the allocation of High Jewelry inventory across the network according to business needs and brand image.
- Support the Manager in executing action plans related to inventory management.
- Oversee inbound and export processes along with international inventory rotation.
- Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure appropriate allocation of repetitive High Jewelry items.
- Oversee Quality Control processes and monitor repair needs with CS/Workshop teams.
- Work with the Regional Visual Merchandising team on strategic rotations and new boutique openings.
- Execute pre and post-event allocations, attending and facilitating High Jewelry events as needed.
- Collaborate with the High Jewelry Development Retail team to support sales objectives.
- Support PR needs for editorials, events, and consignments.
- Ensure transparent communication and collaboration with HQ counterparts.
- Maintain accuracy of product information on the intranet PICUS.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree with experience in the Jewelry or Luxury sector.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or merchandising; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Macro, and SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
