Summary

The Assistant Sales Department Manager supports the department manager in driving sales, coaching the team, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering exceptional customer service in the lingerie and at home department. This role helps recruit, train, and motivate the sales team and contributes directly through floor selling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit hire and train department sales staff
• Develop and execute a business plan to meet volume and productivity goals
• Coach and lead salespeople to deliver outstanding customer service
• Sell on the floor to build customer relationships and loyalty
• Support merchandising and presentation standards
• Assist with inventory management and shrinkage goals
• Collaborate with store and divisional leaders to maintain productive relationships
