Store Manager

Summary

Responsible for achieving sales and service targets while leading and developing a professional store team. Manage store operations including P&L, budgets, merchandising, recruiting and collaboration with support departments to ensure company standards and excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to meet company goals and individual objectives
• Collaborate with training to develop a gold standard team
• Establish weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Ensure professional appearance and highest level of customer service
• Recruit and network to source qualified talent
• Own store P&L and manage salary, expenses and inventory budgets
• Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operations to company requirements
• Align with Human Resources on policies procedures and development planning

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service management role
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate a team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Experience managing P&L and store budgets
• Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards
