Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products aligned with customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new customer accounts
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment and collaborate with team members
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, and continuous movement during shifts
