Responsibilities

• Support sales floor activities to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Coach and mentor sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining presentation standards
• Manage opening and closing procedures and ensure a safe store environment
• Process transactions and oversee cash handling accuracy
• Support inventory management including stock replenishment and loss prevention
• Collaborate with store management on promotional initiatives and events

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory or assistant manager experience
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
