Responsibilities

• Lead department managers and the store sales team to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Coach and develop staff, and oversee training needs.
• Assist the Store Director with floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
• Build relationships that promote customer loyalty in the local and international luxury business.

Requirements

• Two to four years of successful managerial experience in retail.
• Significant experience selling luxury goods or working in retail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
