Assistant Store Director

Summary

Lead store operations to drive brand engagement and achieve business goals while recruiting developing and retaining retail talent. Ensure compliance with headquarters directions and maintain high qualitative standards across customer experience inventory and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to meet sales targets
• Recruit onboard and develop a team of sales professionals
• Set define and monitor quantitative and qualitative goals and KPIs
• Analyze results and verify daily weekly and monthly activities
• Demonstrate sales leadership by being active on the selling floor
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with back office operations
• Ensure compliance with legal safety internal requirements HR and stock organization
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
• 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Experience managing a team of at least 10
• Adaptability openness risk taking strong listening skills and curiosity
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
