Boutique Manager - Hudson Yards

Summary

The Boutique Manager will lead the IWC boutique in Hudson Yards, driving sales performance, managing day-to-day operations, and representing the brand while developing and coaching the boutique team. This role is responsible for achieving business objectives, maintaining boutique standards, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet targets and key performance indicators
• Analyze performance and develop action plans to improve business results
• Ensure boutique operations comply with group and brand guidelines

• Plan and execute events and activations to attract clients

Requirements

• 5 years of retail management experience (5-7 years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
