Assist Store Manager in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising Client Advisors Cashiers and support staff, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and store operations at the Las Vegas Crystals boutique.
Responsibilities
- Support Client Advisors to drive sales and maximize productivity and profitability.
- Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to maintain customer focus.
- Supervise daily goals tasks and performance of store staff.
- Train develop and coach Client Advisors Cashiers and support staff.
- Manage visual presentation planning implementation and adjustments.
- Ensure store manuals logs and sales audit tasks are current and accurate.
- Assist in recruiting retention and development of store personnel.
- Help manage sales shrink and controllable expenses including payroll.
- Implement and execute company initiatives and policies within the store.
Requirements
- 3+ years luxury retail management experience.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail operations and product.
- Responsibility and ownership with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and team orientation.
- Working knowledge of back of house operations.
- Ability to monitor and report on logs audits and store procedures.
- Experience in visual merchandising and presentation strategies.
