Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, supporting daily execution of store operations and service standards.
• Coach, provide feedback, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability.
• Translate store priorities into clear tasks and ensure alignment with commercial objectives and brand standards.
• Oversee floor coverage, client experience, visual merchandising execution, and operational processes.
• Serve as a training ambassador for onboarding, product knowledge, and selling standards.
• Support initiatives to build client loyalty and strengthen the store's local brand presence.

Requirements

• 3 years of luxury retail experience, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, floor leadership, and business KPIs.
• Business-minded, organized, solutions-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with the Store Manager and cross-functional teams.
