Summary

Assistant Store Manager at the Short Hills boutique responsible for supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, maximize productivity and profitability, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain compliance with company procedures within the store.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors to drive sales and achieve business goals
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to maintain customer focus
• Supervise daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors Cashiers and Support Staff
• Train and develop Client Advisors Cashiers and Support Staff
• Manage client data and analytics for North America
• Ensure store manuals and logs are current including operations and product knowledge
• Implement and execute company initiatives and visual presentation strategies
• Assist in managing sales shrink and controllable expenses including payroll
• Assist in recruiting retention supervision and development of store personnel

Requirements

• 3+ years luxury retail management experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in luxury retail
• Demonstrated responsibility and ownership
• Team oriented with a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
