Deliver exceptional luxury customer service for RH by removing obstacles, providing support, and creating a polished experience for clients interested in home furnishings and design services. Partner with teammates and cross functional leaders to identify customer needs, qualify potential design customers, and drive brand loyalty and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Represent the RH brand through polished communication and professional appearance
- Engage customers to identify needs and connect them with appropriate associates
- Collaborate with cross functional partners and leaders to ensure customer needs are met
- Educate and qualify potential design customers on RH Interior Design services
- Build brand loyalty and revenue by being knowledgeable about product offerings and processes
- Innovate with an entrepreneurial spirit to build and maintain relationships
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering first class service
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience; luxury retail or high end furniture preferred
- Poise and confidence interacting with high end customers while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong relationship driven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
- Highly organized, strategic and results oriented with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google applications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
