Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at the Columbus restaurant. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, maintain dining room presentation, and support seating flow to deliver elevated hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience and provide first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu display, and dining areas
• Model personal presentation standards and engage warmly with guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of the culinary and beverage offerings
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow
• Support business performance through effective guest management

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for relevant duties
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using proper techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
