Provide exceptional customer service and create a luxury experience for RH clients by removing obstacles, supporting needs, and partnering with internal teams to deliver design and product solutions. Responsibilities
- Deliver polished communication and professionalism consistent with brand standards
- Engage customers to identify needs and connect them with appropriate associates or services
- Collaborate with cross functional partners and leaders to exceed customer expectations
- Build brand loyalty and drive revenue through product and service knowledge
- Qualify and educate potential design clients on RH Interior Design services
- Innovate with an entrepreneurial spirit to maintain and grow relationships
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure quality and attention to detail
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience; luxury retail or high end furniture preferred
- Poise and confidence to interact with high end customers while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong relationship driven mindset and commitment to first class service
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, strategic, and results oriented with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google Applications
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
