Job Description

Summary

Temporary seasonal role as the client first point of contact at a luxury retail store supporting peak holiday operations. The Greeter builds genuine relationships with clients, manages the daily appointment calendar and waitlist, and directs clients to appropriate departments. This position is intended to cover the holiday season with possible consideration for permanent roles thereafter.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients upon arrival and create a welcoming experience
  • Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Manage the daily calendar including appointments and waitlist
  • Partner with the Client Experience team and store staff to ensure seamless service
  • Set the tone for the client experience with courtesy and integrity
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold service standards
  • Collaborate on in-store events and ongoing client activities

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment during peak season
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to client confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury retail environment
  • Organizational skills to manage appointments and calendars
  • Flexibility to work holiday and peak season hours
