Associate Gallery Leader - Austin Gallery

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader directs daily gallery operations and leads a cross-functional team to deliver a luxury design experience. This role focuses on coaching and developing associates, driving sales results, and maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards. The leader partners with People and operations teams to remove obstacles and ensure the team is empowered to execute RH's design and service vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop gallery associates to create a high-performing, service-oriented team
• Drive sales, team engagement, accountability and execution of gallery strategy
• Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and guest interactions
• Educate teams on product assortment and the company design point of view
• Recruit and attract talent across gallery roles
• Partner with People and operations teams to address HR concerns and complex priorities
• Ensure operational standards, presentation quality and adherence to gallery processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership, coaching and team development skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to quality with strong attention to detail and strategic agility
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others and drive results
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending and other gallery floor activities
