Associate Gallery Leader - King Of Prussia

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a senior in-store leader responsible for delivering a luxury guest experience and driving gallery performance. This role leads and develops a cross-functional team, coaches for results, and ensures execution of the brand's design vision and operational standards. The leader partners with People/HR to address staffing and performance matters and supports strategic and tactical initiatives on the gallery floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop gallery teams to create a high-performing, guest-focused environment.
• Drive sales and operational results through team engagement, accountability and strategic execution.
• Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and service standards.
• Educate associates on product assortment, design point of view and guest interactions.
• Recruit and attract talent across levels to meet gallery needs and staffing plans.
• Partner with People/HR to address complex HR issues and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail.
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire teams; results-driven with strategic agility.
• Commitment to quality, attention to detail and mastery of the luxury design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending and other physical tasks on the gallery floor.
