Boutique Manager - King Of Prussia

Summary

The Boutique Manager is responsible for all aspects of the King Of Prussia boutique including sales generation, store operations, team leadership, and client development. This role drives achievement of annual sales goals, oversees staffing and budgets, and ensures exceptional client service and visual merchandising in line with brand direction. The manager partners with corporate teams on merchandising, events, inventory and loss prevention to optimize boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories and drive client development.
• Lead and develop the leadership team and Sales Associates to meet individual and store targets.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and commercial expenses to maintain the operating budget.
• Oversee store operations including shipping and receiving, inventory, aftersales, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, events, trunk shows, and visual merchandising aligned with brand campaigns.
• Review operational reports, manage profitability, and ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience, preferably within luxury fashion.
• Strong understanding of luxury clientele, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop store leadership and staff.
• Experience managing payroll, budgets, inventory processes, and operational reporting.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays and available to travel as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and ability to apply company policies and procedures.
