Summary

Lead and develop the store team through hands-on management and coaching to deliver an exceptional client experience. Be accountable for driving business development, monitoring store operations and budget, and implementing actions to achieve store goals. Act as a visible leader on the sales floor and a strategic ambassador in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop managers and sales associates, identifying training needs and building succession plans.
• Set and monitor individual and team targets, assess performance and implement actions to achieve goals.
• Recruit talent and organize the team to meet business needs while delegating responsibility effectively.
• Drive client acquisition and retention through clienteling, events and local networking; maximize potential across all product categories.
• Role model on the sales floor, manage floor operations and ensure high standards of customer service and visual presentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail store management, preferably within luxury retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations and budgets.
• Client-centric mindset with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
