As a Store Manager you will lead and develop the store team through hands-on management and coaching to deliver the Louis Vuitton promise. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop managers and store staff to ensure exceptional client experience and team performance.
• Translate strategic and business goals into individual targets and action plans; set and monitor team and individual objectives.
• Drive client and business development by maximizing product categories, clienteling, and local promotional activities.
• Manage store operations, monitor budget and sales performance, and act on business opportunities to achieve goals.
• Recruit talent, secure succession plans, and organize team structure according to business needs.
• Role model on the sales floor, provide on-the-spot coaching, and ensure visual and service standards are met.
