Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader oversees in-gallery operations and team performance at RH Naples, delivering a luxury experience for both customers and associates. This leader drives strategy and execution across a cross-functional team, coaches and develops talent, and represents the RH design point of view. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for luxury design, and the ability to remove obstacles so teams can deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism
• Educate and inspire teams on product assortment and the RH point of view
• Boldly coach, lead and develop associates to promote a positive and accountable environment
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Attract and hire talent appropriate for the gallery
• Manage complex priorities and partner with the People Team to address HR concerns

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending and other physical tasks on the gallery floor
