Gallery Leader - Waterside

Summary

The Gallery Leader will lead and develop associates across all functions of the gallery, driving sales, brand presentation and operational excellence. This role requires a passion for design and luxury home furnishings and focuses on strategy, execution and team development. The leader ensures exceptional service, loss prevention, and implementation of company initiatives while representing the RH brand with refined professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Boldly coach, lead and develop teams to drive sales and control bottom-line expenses.
• Attract, hire and retain talent and address human resources concerns in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Monitor, communicate and analyze business results and determine strategies to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
• Support loss prevention, physical security, cash controls, inventory management and internal audits.
• Implement, support and provide follow-up for initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts.
• Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and a discerning eye for luxury design.

Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail or a similar field.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Proven ability to foster a positive, empowering work environment and develop associates.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; high energy and results-driven.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and to stand, bend, stoop and maneuver around gallery floor and stock room.
