Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a store leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury gallery experience through team development, operational execution, and strategic direction. This leader coaches and empowers cross-functional teams to achieve results, maintain high service standards, and execute the gallery design aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop associates to create a polished, luxury customer experience
• Drive sales and operational results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Represent the brand through professional communication and presentation
• Recruit and attract talent for the gallery and support ongoing staffing needs
• Prioritize and address human resources concerns in partnership with the People Team

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire teams; results-driven with attention to detail
• Passion for luxury design and ability to master and execute the gallery aesthetic
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications; ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs
