Associate Manager Foc

Summary

As the Associate Manager you support the General Manager in creating and executing strategic plans to drive a profitable store. You act as a key decision maker in the GM's absence and focus on operational excellence, talent development, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and planning store initiatives
• Educate and coach the team on sales, profit performance tools, and the store vision
• Develop and execute client development and community outreach strategies for the market
• Implement talent strategy, lead recruitment, and drive ongoing employee development
• Manage store processes and execution, including inventory control and shrink goals
• Champion new technology and More Ways to Shop to drive sales
• Ensure sales floor and store standards consistently meet brand expectations

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent a plus; retail management experience preferred
• Proven track record building customer relationships and leading store teams
• Strong business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
