Associate General Manager

Summary

The Associate General Manager supports the General Manager in leading store operations, developing the sales team, and achieving sales and profitability goals. This role delivers exceptional client service while maintaining Versace's luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
• Build relationships with clients and support selling-floor activity and client development.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, and support inventory, loss prevention, and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Research local events, marketing, and client experiences, and share business recommendations with the General Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail, including clienteling, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Retail point-of-sale, Word, Excel, and email skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
