Boutique Manager - Oakbrook

Summary

Lead and manage the boutique to maximize sales, profitability, and client loyalty while ensuring an elevated luxury retail experience. You will develop and coach a sales team, execute store strategies and events, and oversee daily boutique operations. The role requires strong commercial focus, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to translate brand standards into in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales targets and store KPIs through active sales floor leadership and client development.
• Lead by example, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Build and execute monthly and quarterly commercial and client development strategies.
• Manage boutique operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory oversight, and compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Host and coordinate in-store events and activations to recruit and retain clients.
• Report on store performance and market trends to regional leadership and support business planning.
• Leverage CRM and POS systems to grow and retain client relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Boutique or Business Manager with experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
• Proven track record of achieving retail sales and profitability targets in a luxury environment.
• Strong selling and client relationship skills with beauty product knowledge.
• Experience with POS, CRM, Microsoft Office and HRIS or scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills; available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
