Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is responsible for delivering a luxury gallery experience by leading and empowering cross-functional teams. This role focuses on coaching, talent development, and executing strategy to drive results and maintain high standards of presentation and service. The leader also manages operational priorities and partners with HR to address personnel matters promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching, feedback and accountability
• Represent the brand with polished communication, appearance and professionalism
• Educate associates on product assortment and the company design point of view
• Drive results via team engagement, empowerment and performance management
• Attract and hire talent across all levels for the gallery
• Respond to complex priorities and collaborate with People/HR to resolve associate issues
• Embrace change and execute strategic initiatives to improve gallery performance

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and to stand, bend, stoop and maneuver on the gallery floor
