Summary

As a Beauty Counter Manager, you lead sales and client experiences for the assigned luxury beauty brand at the Old Orchard Center counter. You combine hands-on makeup and skincare services with coaching, vendor coordination, and sales leadership to drive results both in-store and digitally. The role requires building a loyal customer following while maintaining a professional, organized counter environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new loyalty program accounts to build customer loyalty
• Maintain counter presentation, organization, and cleanliness and stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, manage concerns with empathy, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and a drive to achieve sales goals using networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and ability to perform physical tasks (frequent movement, lifting up to 25 pounds)
