Associate Store Director - Woodbury Commons

As an Associate Store Director at Balenciaga Woodbury Commons, you will lead the Department Managers and store sales team to meet and exceed sales and KPIs goals. You will promote brand engagement and act as a representative of the Store Director, fulfilling tasks given by HQ and the Store Director.

• Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, and client service.
• Analyze results and support the Store Director in reporting relevant information to HQs.
• Lead the Department Managers in achieving targeted goals and implement action plans.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment and motivate the team daily.
• Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador and promote the brand culture internally and externally.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain a cost-conscious approach.
• Process payroll, maintain store schedules, and ensure staff adherence to attendance.
• Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock.

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial position with a team of at least 10 people.
• Significant sales experience in the luxury retail industry.
• Successful managerial experience with the ability to set goals and delegate work.
• High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
• Precision, organizational skills, adaptability, and openness.
• Mastering digital skills and exceptional client service abilities.
