As an Associé Aux Ventes at Ralph Lauren in Mirabel, you will be a key part of our retail team, focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by focusing on customer needs.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Utilize new technologies to enhance the shopping experience and support alternative purchasing processes.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
