The Beauty Advisor is a commission-based retail sales role focused on building deep, long-lasting client relationships to drive brand and personal sales. The advisor delivers exceptional customer service, shares expert product knowledge, and supports in-store marketing and events to grow loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers on the selling floor
• Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
• Acquire new clients, develop existing clients, and retain loyal customers
• Share product knowledge and support the selling team
• Support brand initiatives, event execution, and assortment recommendations
• Attend product and vendor education sessions
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
• Communicate with clients regarding events, merchandise requests, and follow-ups
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure compliance with privacy and cyber security measures

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking, collaboration, and client relationship skills
