Summary

The Beauty Advisor develops lasting client relationships to drive sales and loyalty while delivering expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. Compensation is commission-based and tied to sales performance. The role supports brand initiatives and store operations through clienteling, merchandising, and event participation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service to all clients
• Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
• Share expert product knowledge with the selling team
• Maintain relationships with buyer vendor and selling manager
• Drive brand sales through marketing opportunities and event execution
• Attend educational sessions including product and vendor training
• Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price changes and sales support tasks
• Communicate with clients via phone mail and electronic methods for follow up and events

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of two years experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets
• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
• Ability to work nights weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule
• Strong collaboration and team orientation
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
• Makeup artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
