Seasonal Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional face to face customer service during the holiday season at a luxury retail store. Role involves working varied shifts and supporting assigned departments to create memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Support assigned departments such as gifting, accessories, menswear, womenswear, jewelry and watches
• Provide product knowledge and recommend items to meet customer needs
• Refer customers to specialists for specialized sales and services
• Contribute to a fast paced retail environment and teamwork
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and face to face customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Availability to work varied shifts during the holiday season from late October through December
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Willingness to learn on the job and follow store procedures
