Beauty Advisor

Summary

The Beauty Advisor is a commission-based in-store sales role focused on representing Acqua Di Parma and other luxury beauty brands, developing long-term client relationships to drive sales and loyalty. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, product expertise, and achieving personal and brand sales targets. This position is based in Vancouver, BC and requires active client outreach and in-store brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and build a loyal personal client base
• Exceed personal and brand sales and service goals and targets
• Acquire new customers and retain and develop existing clients through proactive outreach
• Share expert product knowledge with the selling team and participate in education sessions
• Support brand growth through event execution, marketing suggestions, and assortment feedback
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate as needed
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of two years experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a retail setting
• Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Highly collaborative, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
