Specialist, Designated Sales Associate (DSA)

Summary

The Specialist, Designated Sales Associate builds long-lasting customer relationships to increase sales, service, and loyalty. This role is responsible for achieving personal sales goals and assigned brand volume targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and exceed personal and brand sales and service targets.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through customer acquisition, development, and retention.
• Share product knowledge, maintain relationships with buyers and vendors, and identify marketing and event opportunities.
• Perform visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients, resolve service issues, and comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets; luxury product specialist experience is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, multitasking, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in French and English.
