Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals
• Provide professional make up and treatment consultations and applications
• Identify client needs through effective questioning to recommend products and services
• Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
• Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
• Cross sell across product lines to increase basket size
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter environment
• Promote in-store services to personalize the client experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
• Proven sales experience achieving or exceeding goals
• Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt style
• Ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive team dynamic
• Detail oriented with good sense of timing and listening skills
