Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. Use CRM and digital tools to grow personal business, support store initiatives, and mentor Brand Ambassadors. This retail-facing role focuses on achieving individual and store KPIs while maintaining visual and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and product expertise to customers on the sales floor and remotely.
• Develop business through clienteling, outreach, and use of CRM tools like Polo connect.
• Support sales goals and team performance by meeting KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with merchandising tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume specialty or retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to operate a register and be on foot for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort using digital tools for selling and clienteling.
