Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring customer experiences in a high-volume specialty retail environment. The role supports store initiatives, drives sales through customer engagement and leverages digital tools to broaden product accessibility. This position is entry-level with opportunities for advancement into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support and execute company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchase options to increase sales
• Represent and deliver brand aligned customer experiences
• Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing and walking for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the store
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers
