Responsibilities

• Deliver professional consultative selling and outstanding customer experiences
• Develop and maintain a clientele base through clienteling and follow up
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales plans and targets
• Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge for women's footwear
• Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities
• Participate in store events and promotional activities to drive business
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support store operations
