Summary
Provide superior beauty and fragrance service to clients at the retail counter, achieve sales goals, and develop client relationships to build repeat sales and brand loyalty. Work full time at the Bloomingdale's Soho location representing Guerlain products and supporting in-store events and merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity targets
- Deliver full range customer service including product information and sales
- Execute and support in-store events and promotions
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented counter and product displays
- Provide consultations for cosmetic shades, skin treatment, makeup application, and fragrance
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, or email and prepare replies
- Maintain client registration program and sustain customer relationships
- Follow retailer policies and perform special projects as needed
- Collaborate with Counter Manager or Business Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of prestige beauty sales experience
- Ability to manage customer expectations and build loyal relationships
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with CRT systems and computer inventory tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Availability to meet business needs and work full time
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Based in assigned retail location for product sales
