Beauty Ambassador

Summary

Provide elevated selling and exceptional customer service as a Beauty Ambassador, cultivating client relationships in-store and digitally, using technology and styling expertise to meet sales goals and act as a trusted style confidante. This role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
• Use digital tools and store technology for outreach omni-channel selling and inventory access
• Achieve personal sales conversion wardrobing and productivity goals
• Strategize outreach and business development to grow individual client base
• Utilize social media and digital platforms to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Create a positive collaborative work environment with colleagues

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion or beauty retail and selling to clients
• Commission sales experience with demonstrated sales motivation
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs
