The Fashion Consultant provides personalized luxury personal shopping services in an exclusive Fifth Avenue Club in residence setting, driving individual sales and building client relationships while adhering to company standards. The role focuses on developing a client base both in person and digitally, meeting sales targets, and representing the brand in the community.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop excellent client relationships and provide high level customer service
- Initiate and utilize Club events to recruit new clients and increase sales
- Proactively generate ideas to develop individual business opportunities and maximize sales
- Utilize online clientele tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Source product through flagship stores digital endless aisle and distribution centers
- Engage with clients and perform basic alteration fittings with guidance
- Maintain a consistent digital presence and drive business through social media content
- Act as a community and brand ambassador on behalf of the company
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience in a luxury customer focused sales environment
- Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle
- Experience working with sales quotas and meeting commission based targets
- Established network or client base on multiple social media platforms
- Ability to drive business digitally through content creation
- Strong networking relationship and communication skills
