Summary

The Beauty Ambassador cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, styling, and exceptional customer service both in-store and digitally using technology to drive sales and client engagement. This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on personalized styling, outreach, and achieving sales goals through omni-channel tools.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients through personalized selling and service
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize business development through outreach and technology usage
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible work schedule to support client needs
