Summary

Client Advisor who cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, expert styling, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. This onsite role uses digital tools and omni-channel inventory to achieve sales and conversion goals while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality and provide exceptional service
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to clients
• Use technology and wardrobing to improve sales and client experiences
• Sell to clients both in-person and remotely using digital tools
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and use social media to connect with clients
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
