Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to meet customer beauty goals
- Recommend products and build customer relationships in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer ready
- Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through training
- Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
