Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend products and create personalized beauty routines
- Set and achieve individual and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep the department customer-ready
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
