Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products.
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program.
- Keep the beauty counter organized, clean, and customer ready.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
