Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
• Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds exchanges and Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
• Keep department organized clean and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through trainings
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
